My inspirations

I draw inspiration from everything around me...

As Matthew McConaughey would say, in 10 years, I want to be the best version of myself to share that and inspire those around me, especially my children.

For the present, I draw my inspiration from all those who have gone through trials, difficulties and who continue to move forward. Meeting people who share this resilience is my daily source of inspiration!

“My habits”

Morning evening

My days often start with a run of a few kilometers, just to wake up. Then I make myself a coffee, which helps me settle down and think about my goals for the day.

In the evening, I take a moment to think about the positive things in my day and express my gratitude with my children. We share this moment together, discussing what we are grateful for. And just before bed, I read a book or tell a story to my children. It’s our little ritual to end the day on a positive note and strengthen our bonds.

These habits allow me to stay balanced, motivated and cultivate a spirit of gratitude and reflection.
